My grandfather wasn't generally a grumpy person, but he could get into a snit, when sufficiently motivated. While he has long since shuffled off this mortal coil, I can summon up my grumpy birthright to comment on current events, when the mood strikes.
Isn't it funny... no matter how repressive, misogynistic, communistic, autocratic, totalitarian or tyrannical a government may be, they still recognize the power of the markets and bad economic policy.
